Eind oktober exposeert WAFIOS verschillende machines in haar dochtermaatschappij in Wuppertal.

Vanaf maandag 28 tot en met donderdag 31 van deze maand worden volgende machines in Wuppertal tentoongesteld:

Machines voor de productie van veren

• FMU 16 – universele numerische machine voor de productie van vormveren en gebogen onderdeelen met draadoormeter van 0.4 mm tot 1.6 mm.
• FMK 2 – universele numerische machine voor de productie van vormveren en gebogen onderdelen met draaddoormeter van 0.6 mm tot 2.0 mm
• FUL 36 – numerische machine voor de productie van drukveren. Draaddoormeter : 0.5 mm tot 3.0 mm .

Machines voor het buigen van de draad

• B36 – CNC machine voor het buigen in 3 dimensies van de draad . Draaddoormeter : 2.0 tot 6.5 mm

Machines voor het rechten van de draad

• R 36 met EBS – machine om draad te rechten en op lengte af te knippen. Draaddoormeter : 1.5 mm tot 7.0 mm. Met afschuiningseenheit met schuurbanden.

Om deze machines in Wuppertal te zien en om organisatorische redenen is het noodzakelijk vooraf te registreren.

New multi-roll pre-straightening line for extremely bent hot-rolled steel bars, type SRM 05/100

The line comprises a fully automatic charging system with bar separation, the pre-straightening machine, special entry and exit equipment and a scale evacuation system.

EBNER will be putting a special focus on the subject of heat treatment facilities for electrical steel strips. The reason for this is the increasing demand with extraordinarily positive growth forecasts for electrical steel!

Recent studies have shown that electrical steel is going to play an increasingly crucial role.

On the one hand because it is used in the production of motors for hybrid and electric vehicles, which will replace a large proportion of internal combustion vehicles in the medium to long term. This will increase the demand for non grain-oriented (NGO) electrical steel.
