BÜLTMANN is pleased to invite you!

A new piece of equipment is currently on display at BÜLTMANN: the 10-roll tube straightening machine type RRM 10/032! This machine comes with a charging table as well as an entry and exit handling device.

Interested? SEQUEM will be happy to support you in developing your project! In the meantime, please note that this new straightening machine will be exhibited at BÜLTMANN from March 16^th to April 3^rd, 2020, so don’t miss it!

BÜLTMANN invites you to drop by! !

A new piece of equipment is currently on display at BÜLTMANN: the multi roll straightening machine type SRM 5/7-120s. In addition to it, the production line comprises a pre-straightener, a shot-blasting unit, facing and chamfering equipment, a testing line, a sawing unit as well as a sorting and packing system.

Eind oktober exposeert WAFIOS verschillende machines in haar dochtermaatschappij in Wuppertal.

Vanaf maandag 28 tot en met donderdag 31 van deze maand worden volgende machines in Wuppertal tentoongesteld:

Machines voor de productie van veren

• FMU 16 – universele numerische machine voor de productie van vormveren en gebogen onderdeelen met draadoormeter van 0.4 mm tot 1.6 mm.
• FMK 2 – universele numerische machine voor de productie van vormveren en gebogen onderdelen met draaddoormeter van 0.6 mm tot 2.0 mm
• FUL 36 – numerische machine voor de productie van drukveren. Draaddoormeter : 0.5 mm tot 3.0 mm .

Machines voor het buigen van de draad

• B36 – CNC machine voor het buigen in 3 dimensies van de draad . Draaddoormeter : 2.0 tot 6.5 mm

Machines voor het rechten van de draad

• R 36 met EBS – machine om draad te rechten en op lengte af te knippen. Draaddoormeter : 1.5 mm tot 7.0 mm. Met afschuiningseenheit met schuurbanden.

Om deze machines in Wuppertal te zien en om organisatorische redenen is het noodzakelijk vooraf te registreren.

The line comprises a fully automatic charging system with bar separation, the pre-straightening machine, special entry and exit equipment and a scale evacuation system.
