WIRE & TUBE 2020 : the countdown is on!

Who will attend?

News Flash: you are invited to visit BÜLTMANN

BÜLTMANN is pleased to invite you to discover one of its top efficient machines: the tube drawing system, type RZ 0060/02-9. It is equipped with a feed cradle, charging table, mandrel inserting device, internal tube lubrication and repeated charging of tubes.

Interested? SEQUEM will be happy to support you in developing your project! In the meantime, please note that this new double tube drawing machine will be exhibited at BÜLTMANN from March 2nd to April 3rd, 2020.

EBNER FURNACES & ELETRICAL STEEL

EBNER will be putting a special focus on the subject of heat treatment facilities for electrical steel strips. The reason for this is the increasing demand with extraordinarily positive growth forecasts for electrical steel!

Recent studies have shown that electrical steel is going to play an increasingly crucial role.

On the one hand because it is used in the production of motors for hybrid and electric vehicles, which will replace a large proportion of internal combustion vehicles in the medium to long term. This will increase the demand for non grain-oriented (NGO) electrical steel.

On the other hand because it is used in the production of transformers, essential components of all power distribution networks, which are more and more complex and intelligent; this results in a growing need for grain-oriented (GO) electrical steel.

Since 1 April 2019, SEQUEM has been the new representative of GEGA, a world-known German company and long-standing player in the field of torch cutting.

GEGA is part of the Austrian-based ALPINE METAL TECH (AMT) group, owning also the NUMTEC and MAGNEMAG brands which SEQUEM has been representing for over 10 years. Consequently, GEGA complements the range of solutions SEQUEM offers the steel industry:

BÜLTMANN invitation – Cast and peel

Peeling machine for aluminium bars

In April, our manufacturer BÜLTMANN welcomes you in its workshop in Neuenrade (Germany) where you can see a brand new peeling machine for aluminium bars SH 130 Al.
This equipment is available from April 1 to 26, 2019. 

 

Cast billets peeling is a growing technology that dispenses you from the costly extrusion step for the production of forged products, often destined for the automotive industry. To learn more about the benefits of this solution, please download the BÜLTMANN AL-News.

The equipment comprises the peeling machine, type SH 130-Al, the handling devices, a testing device, a chip conveyor, an emulsion preparation and a suction unit.

During the entire month of July, BÜLTMANN welcomes you to see a new tube production line (type RPL 080). This installation will be visible until August, 3rd 2018.

Unser Team ist ab sofort Ihr neuer Ansprechpartner für jedes neues Projekt, jede Frage bei unserem Kundendienst oder jeden Gebrauch an Ersatzteilen dieser Marke. Die Vorteile? Ein lokaler Ansprechpartner, der Ihre Sprache kennt und ein Material, das direkt bei PLASTICOLOR bestellt wird und, das von PLASTICOLOR geliefert wird!
