A new piece of equipment is currently on display at BÜLTMANN: the multi roll straightening machine type SRM 5/7-120s. In addition to it, the production line comprises a pre-straightener, a shot-blasting unit, facing and chamfering equipment, a testing line, a sawing unit as well as a sorting and packing system.

News Flash: you are invited to visit BÜLTMANN

BÜLTMANN is pleased to invite you to discover one of its top efficient machines: the tube drawing system, type RZ 0060/02-9. It is equipped with a feed cradle, charging table, mandrel inserting device, internal tube lubrication and repeated charging of tubes.

EBNER will be putting a special focus on the subject of heat treatment facilities for electrical steel strips. The reason for this is the increasing demand with extraordinarily positive growth forecasts for electrical steel!

Recent studies have shown that electrical steel is going to play an increasingly crucial role.

On the one hand because it is used in the production of motors for hybrid and electric vehicles, which will replace a large proportion of internal combustion vehicles in the medium to long term. This will increase the demand for non grain-oriented (NGO) electrical steel.

On the other hand because it is used in the production of transformers, essential components of all power distribution networks, which are more and more complex and intelligent; this results in a growing need for grain-oriented (GO) electrical steel.

The line comprises a fully automatic charging system with bar separation, the pre-straightening machine, special entry and exit equipment and a scale evacuation system.

BÜLTMANN invitation – Cast and peel

Peeling machine for aluminium bars

In April, our manufacturer BÜLTMANN welcomes you in its workshop in Neuenrade (Germany) where you can see a brand new peeling machine for aluminium bars SH 130 Al.
This equipment is available from April 1 to 26, 2019.

Cast billets peeling is a growing technology that dispenses you from the costly extrusion step for the production of forged products, often destined for the automotive industry. To learn more about the benefits of this solution, please download the BÜLTMANN AL-News.

The equipment comprises the peeling machine, type SH 130-Al, the handling devices, a testing device, a chip conveyor, an emulsion preparation and a suction unit.
