NF WIRE FORUM ONLINE EVENT

After very positive feedback on the last NF (NON-FERROUS) WIRE FORUM ONLINE EVENT in October 2020, the consortium NF WIRE FORUM, of which NIEHOFF is a member, is pleased to invite you to a new online event on 11^th May from 2:00 p.m. (UTC +01:00).

This event serves as a panel discussion platform to interact directly with our experts and to submit questions and comments about video presentations on the general topic of non-ferrous wire and conductors. For this purpose, the consortium NF WIRE FORUM established a YouTube channel which is already available!

On 1^st May 2021, new video presentations will be uploaded to this channel, serving as the basis of the panel discussion scheduled for 11^th May at 2:00 p.m. (UTC +01:00).

Please have a look at these presentations beforehand and send your input and questions by e-mail so that they can be included in the panel discussion. 

But most importantly, remember to sign up for the event! 

When the impossible becomes possible…

In times like these, presenting machines to our customers can be quite a challenge, but WAFIOS just loves challenges! And so came the idea of an Online Event scheduled for next month, as a preview of the Innovation Days to be held in September in the Wafios plant in Reutlingen.

As the name implies: online, from 3^rd to 21^st May 2021, by making your appointment directly on the dedicated WAFIOS microsite.

Simply select from this list the machine you wish to find out more about and fill in the form to make an appointment (at least 2 days in advance). You will then be offered a very professional remote presentation of the machine you have selected. You can also register for a more general presentation on various topics in the form of webinars, details of which are already available here (lectures tab on the WAFIOS website).

In order to be able to offer customers the best quality as always, WOYWOD has developed, as part of the PLASTICOLOR range, its own ferromagnetic metal separators.

This equipment removes from the granules any metal particles that could damage the extruder.

The high-quality stainless steel housing is insensitive to corrosion and also offers very easy visual control thanks to the large sight glass.

The housing geometry was shaped by decades of experience in the plastics processing industry and thus guarantees a perfect material flow.

The separator can be cleaned very easily. Simply pull out the magnetic cassette and, without risk, pull the magnets out of the stripping sleeves outside the system. The metallic foreign objects are caught on the scraper rings when the magnets are pulled out and simply fall down. The separator is immediately ready for use again.

The magnetic separator comes in three different sizes so that a suitable model is available for every production line. All models are suitable for granules and free-flowing powders. The magnetic separator can be installed between the intake of the processing machine and the machine hopper or on the existing dosing system.
