We are pleased to invite you to view our new straightening machine for steel tubes!

Due to the compact design this new high-performance 10 roll straightening machine can replace an existing machine with six rolls.

Technical data:

Products: tubes, annealed or drawn

Tube O.D.:  de 20 à 110 mm

Wall thickness: min. 0,5 mm

Straightening speed: max. 180 m/min

Straightening length: min. 3 000 mm

Straightening accuracy: < 0,2 mm

The main features and highlights of this equipment are:

-Rigid design

-Processing of a large dimensional range with constant good straightening results

-Extremely short setting and changeover times when new dimensions are to be straightened

-Little time needed for maintenance and service

-Fully automatic operation

You are welcome to inspect this machine from November 28 through December 14, 2016.
