BIHLER at the EuroBLECH trade fair

25 – 28 October 2022

EuroBLECH will be held in Hanover (Germany) from 25 to 28 October. This event is the world’s largest sheet metal working technology exhibition.

As in the previous editions, BIHLER will participate as an exhibitor and will present on that occasion two new machines:

Linear machines LM 2000-KT and LM 2000-NC

These state-of-the-art machines are strictly linear multi-slide units, cam or servo-controlled, for the production of stamped and formed parts from strip material. They are fully compatible with LEANTOOL standard-built linear tools.

WELDING AND ANNEALING CONTROL V30 SMART

For the past few months, STRECKER has been equipping all new machines with the latest generation control V30 smart. Combining proven functionality with intuitive operator guidance and a large 7″ display, it offers a wide array of advantages:

  • Import of existing welding programs
  • Large 7″ screen
  • USB/Ethernet connection
  • External program selection
  • Preheating for large diameters
  • PDA interface

BACKWARD COMPATIBILITY WITH EXISTING WELDING MACHINES

Previous generations of controls (V12 et V20) are now obsolete. You can easily upgrade your existing machine by ordering a conversion kit to replace the V12 or V20 control with the V30 smart. Contact us to find out more!

BÜLTMANN is pleased to invite you to discover a new machine: the tube-drawing system type RZ 0800/03-18. This triple tube drawing machine is equipped with feed cradle, tube separator, pointing device with push-pointer technology, four-plane lifting pre-bench, automatic die adjustment and optical tube measuring system with groove detection.

Interested? SEQUEM will be happy to support you in developing your project! In the meantime, please note that this new drawing machine will be exhibited at BÜLTMANN throughout April 2022.
